What OwnSI is, in about a minute

Every new chat starts from zero. You explain again who you are, what you're working on, and what you've already decided. OwnSI is for anyone who works with AI every day. For any task, not just code. It's not a new app. You keep working where you already do. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. All their features stay. We add a layer underneath. Your data, your knowledge, your decisions. This is post-training for your AI. Same model, but now it knows your context. The same question. And right out of the box. 22 agents. Morning digest. Today's tasks. End of day. Replies radar. Doctor. Lessons from corrections. Persona swarm. Optimizer. By morning, the digest has found what's on fire. Without spending a token. Switch from Cursor to Claude, and your knowledge moves with you. Only what's needed for an answer goes to the model in the cloud. The more OwnSI knows about you, the more it does on its own. Today, it suggests. Tomorrow, it does it for you. OwnSI. Your AI. Finally yours.

Your AI learns: three levels of post-training

Ordinary AI starts from scratch every day. OwnSI post-trains any model you use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, any of them. At its heart is our own post-training core. It works on three levels, and each one builds on the one before. Level 1: AI remembers. Preferences, projects, decision history, personal constraints — your whole context is available to the model. Level 2: AI adapts. The core analyzes your corrections and behavior, forms new rules, and the AI meets your needs without being told twice. Level 3, the key difference: AI improves itself. It reviews finished tasks, finds wasted loops, optimizes its own instructions, and carries that experience into the next job. Memory feeds rules, rules feed experience, and experience flows back into memory. The cycle never stops. The stronger the model, the better the result, but every model gets post-trained. This is post-training. OwnSI. Your AI that gets better every day.

Two answers

The same question. Two AIs. What should I do today? On the left, a regular chat. Make a list. Set priorities. Don't forget to rest. On the right, the same AI with OwnSI. The cafe estimate by Friday. Reply to Marina about the delivery. A lease call at 3. Same model. The difference is what it knows about you. Before answering, it opened your cafe project, the note about Marina, and your calendar. You didn't type any of it. Ask it something only you would know.

All connected

Clients, projects, decisions, all scattered across chats. OwnSI links them into one map. Client, project, contract, meeting. Ask about a client and the AI sees the whole line. Open any record and you see everything it touches.

Answers with sources

The AI answered confidently and got it wrong. It never saw your contract, so it guessed. With OwnSI, it checks your records first, and every answer comes with a link to the source. You can check it in a second. One click, and you're reading the clause yourself.

Your own agent

Need an agent that isn't there yet? Just say it. Every Friday at 5, build a sales report and send it to me. The AI builds the agent itself, with a schedule, a card, and a check. On Friday at 5, the report is waiting for you. Start with the task you dread most.

What goes to the cloud

You ask your AI about a client. On your computer, over 400 notes, chats, and files. OwnSI finds the three that matter: the contract, Tuesday's meeting, and the open invoice. Only those three go to the model, along with your question. Everything else stays on your disk. Passwords and keys live separately from your notes. Every file it opened is right there in the chat.

Ready by morning

While you slept, the system was working. Backup done. Replies radar. Three people are waiting for an answer. Tomorrow's tasks collected. The digest ready at 8. You wake up and everything is already in place. Next, follow the owl. Which AI should you pick?

Which AI is the best?

Vs ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor

ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex. Everyone asks, which one is best? Wrong question. They're tools for different jobs. ChatGPT is an all-round assistant. It answers questions, writes, draws pictures, and talks out loud. It has memory and projects. But how your projects, people, and decisions connect, it doesn't know. Claude is stronger with long texts and documents. It reviews a contract, a report, writes a letter. It has memory too, but it's patchy. Things don't always carry from chat to chat. And however often you ask it to remember, it forgets over time. Cursor and Codex are agents that work right on your computer and do the task themselves. But they only know what's open, and you set the working rules every time. OwnSI is not another AI. It's the system any of them works by. Structure. Projects, people, meetings, and decisions linked together. Rules. Where to look, where to save a decision, how to act. Correct the AI once, and it becomes a rule. And agents. Every morning, they build your daily overview, remind you who you promised to answer, and wrap up the week. Pick any. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Codex. OwnSI doesn't replace them. It gives them your structure, your rules, and your agents. Keep the AI you already pay for.

Vs OpenClaw, Hermes

OpenClaw, Hermes, or OwnSI? People keep asking which is best, but they're three completely different things. OpenClaw is a service that runs in the background. You install it from the terminal, then text it from WhatsApp or Telegram, like a contact. It has the biggest community, 85,000 skills, and by default, it runs commands without asking. Hermes is one agent with its own app. You create bots. Each one is Hermes with its own role, model, and memory. And they talk in group chats. Its superpower is learning. It builds skills. An AI reviewer checks its risky commands. OwnSI is different again. It's not another agent. It's the system your existing agents work by. You set a task, and the agents deliver by your rules. Every agent has its own card. What it does, when it runs, and what happened. A new skill gets checked first. What it reads, what it changes, and where it connects. Risky actions follow rules and need your approval. Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex work by this system. Hermes and OpenClaw can too. Want to use Claude Code or Cursor? You can start right away. So, an assistant in your chat apps. OpenClaw. One agent that keeps learning. Hermes. Order and control for all your agents. OwnSI.

Vs Dots, Muse, Grok

Dots from OpenAI, Muse from Meta, or Grok Bot. Everyone asks who to trust with their work, but they're different things. Dots are OpenAI's agents. Each has its own computer and browser in the cloud. They work in the background and bring results back for your review. For now, only on Pro and Business plans. Muse is Meta's personal agent on your phone and in WhatsApp. Emails, trips, shopping. You connect mail, calendar, and payments one by one. For now, US only. Grok Bot from SpaceXAI. AI co-workers. Each has its own computer. They sign into your apps, learn by watching how you work, and hand tasks to each other. What all three share? Everything the AI learns about you lives in the company's cloud. Switch to another AI, and you start from zero. OwnSI is different again. It's not another agent. It's your system. Projects, people, decisions, and the links between them. And your rules on your computer. You can see and fix every record. Keys and passwords are stored separately, and it all stays with you, even if your AI subscription ends. Tomorrow, a new AI will launch from OpenAI, Meta, or a company you've never heard of. Your system isn't going anywhere. The new AI connects to OwnSI and works your way right away, as if it had been post-trained on you. So, OpenAI's agents in the cloud, Dots, Meta's personal helper on your phone, Muse, AI co-workers from SpaceXAI, Grok Bot, and OwnSI. Your system, which stays with you whatever AI you use. Now follow the owl and meet its agents.

Agents that work on their own

Morning digest · 8:00

12 client accounts and no idea where to start. At 8, the morning digest is ready. It reads every active project and checks what's overdue and what's due soon. It also counts who is waiting for your reply. It lands in your inbox, so just ask your AI what's in today's digest. The bright side launch is two days late and three clients are waiting for answers. You start with what's on fire, not with your email. Coffee first, then the one thing that matters.

Today's tasks · 9:00

Tasks in your notes, in chats, in your head. At 9, today's tasks come in one list. Everything due today, everything overdue, and the day's meetings. Pulled from your memory, not from what you happen to remember. Just ask your AI what's on today. Send the Garcias the tile quote. The Thompson estimate is a day late, and the site visit is at 11. Your whole day fits on one screen. Cross off the first one before lunch.

Afternoon nudge · 4 pm

Four o'clock and half the list is still open. That's when the afternoon nudge arrives. It sends today's list again with only what's still open. There's still time to finish before the day ends. Ask your AI what's left for today. Two things, reorder the candles and answer the wholesale request. No more evenings of, oh, I forgot. Close them and the evening is yours.

End of day · 5:30 pm

The day is over, but what actually got done? At 5:30, end of day checks in. It shows what's still open and which tasks changed status today, so nothing slips quietly into tomorrow. Ask your AI how today went. Four tasks closed, two moved to review, and one proposal still open. You finish with a clear head. Close the laptop. It's all written down.

Weekly review · sunday

Another week gone, and what did it add up to? On Sunday at 6, the weekly review arrives. It counts your active projects, open and overdue tasks, and the people you owe a follow-up. Then, it asks you two questions about the week ahead. Ask your AI to walk you through it. Five programs running, three tasks overdue, and two clients waiting for your notes. You walk into Monday with a plan. 10 Minutes on Sunday buys you a calmer Monday.

Replies radar

Someone is waiting for your call and you forgot. At 10, the replies radar checks your people. It finds every follow-up that's due and anyone you haven't talked to in six weeks, each one with how long it's been. Ask your AI who you should call today. The Johnsons have waited nine days for the listing update and Mike hasn't heard from you since August. No one slips through the cracks. One call today can save a deal next month.

Inbox cleanup

Your inbox is buried under old notes and finished requests. At 3 at night, Inbox Cleanup takes over. It moves everything that's done, answered, or cancelled into a monthly archive. Nothing is deleted and everything stays findable. Ask your AI what's still in the inbox. 14 archived overnight and 3 client requests that still need you. You wake up to a shortlist. 3 things, not 30.

WhatsApp in your Claude

You ask Claude, anything new from clients on WhatsApp? OwnSI goes into your WhatsApp and finds the right chat. Ryan wants a call tomorrow at 4, but that slot is taken. Claude checked your calendar. So, it drafts a reply right away, based on what you agreed with this client. You say, send it. Done. Your WhatsApp. Right inside your AI. OwnSI.

Live boards

A dashboard that shows yesterday's numbers. Every 30 minutes, Board Refresh rebuilds it. Your saved boards and the status of every automation are redrawn from your memory. Pin a board in a note and it stays current on its own. Ask your AI to make a board for anything you track. A board of your clients by city, refreshed every half hour. Always the current picture. Glance at it, don't rebuild it.

Daily backup

You deleted the wrong note. At 10 every night, the backup takes a snapshot. It saves a version of your OwnSI workspace. Projects, people, decisions, rules, and everything your AI wrote down. The snapshot stays on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded. Ask your AI to bring back yesterday's version. The client note from last night is back in seconds. You can always go back. A mistake becomes a one-line fix.

Bring your old chats

Years of good answers lost in old chats. Past Chat Harvest brings them home. It reads your past Cursor and Claude chats right on your computer and shows them as cards. You tick what's worth keeping and only that goes into your memory. Ask your AI to harvest your old chats. Your camera settings for indoor shoots and your client contract template are back. Now the gold is in your system. Old work finally put to use.

Learns from your fixes

You correct your AI, and next week, it makes the same mistake. Every night, Lessons from Corrections reads the day's chats. It finds the moments where you said, no, not like that, and turns each fix into a rule. The rule goes into your memory for every AI you use. Just correct your AI as usual. Say once that patients are addressed by last name, and it sticks. Fewer repeat mistakes every week. Correct it once. That's the whole job.

Bridge

A new chat and your AI has forgotten everything. Before you start, Bridge brings it up to speed. It gathers the progress from your past chats and writes it into your memory. The goal, the decisions, and what's left to do. Just open a new chat and keep going. Your AI already knows you stopped at step four of the checkout redesign. No recap, no copy-paste. Pick up exactly where you left off.

Persona swarm

Will this offer land or fall flat? Persona Swarm rehearses it with an audience. It picks 10 to 20 characters for your product and explains why them. Each one reacts honestly. Then they argue with each other. Give your AI a link or a draft and ask for the swarm. A skeptic asks about the real price and a busy parent wants to know how long it takes. You see the objections before launch. Fix them before your customers find them.

Reel studio

No time to edit video? Reel Studio does the edit for you. Drop in a rough take and it finds the strong moments and cuts the pauses and retakes. Then it adds captions and motion graphics. Just tell your AI to make a reel from this recording. You approve the storyboard and four minutes of draft become a vertical reel. You just hit post. Talk once, post for days.

Hyperframes video

Need a quick video and no editor at hand? HyperFrames builds it from a sentence. It writes the scenes as code with captions, graphics, and transitions. Then it renders a finished video file on your computer. Just tell your AI to make a short video about your new menu. A few minutes later, a 15-second clip is ready. No editing software needed. Describe it, then watch it.

Doctor

One of your agents quietly stopped working. Every Sunday, the doctor checks them all. It sees which agents ran, which fell asleep, and what each one costs. Known problems, it fixes itself. And the rest go on the health board with steps to fix. Ask your AI how the agents are doing. The digest is healthy, the board refresh was fixed, and the backup needs one step from you. The system watches itself. Save the board, and it keeps itself current.

Token Diet

Your AI burns through tokens and hits its limits. Token Diet puts it on a diet. When it writes or reviews code, it does the same job with less code. And it reads only what the task needs. Just work as usual. In our example, 15,000 tokens became about 2,000. The same work for a fraction of the cost. Next, follow the owl and see what it all costs.

OwnSI for business

Any AI your people use, one company memory. Data stays current for every team.

In most companies, everyone uses AI, just not the same one. Some use ChatGPT, some Claude or Cursor, some all of them at once. And each team has its own systems, a CRM, analytics, product data. So people keep feeding their AI by hand. Copy, paste, too long, already out of date. OwnSI connects every AI your people use to one company memory. It lives on your side, on each computer, plus one shared memory on your server. And we set it up with you. A sales manager asks one question. The AI pulls from the CRM, the campaign data and product telemetry, with sources, and updates the records itself. Every team's AI sees the change instantly. A new hire gets access to any AI, and it already knows the company. Switch AI providers tomorrow, and nothing is lost. Rent any AI. Own your intelligence. OwnSI for business. Start with one team.
